MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

by Stealth, a Transmasculine Podcast

Trans Masc Mentorship Program

Led by the crew of the Stealth podcast, their Mentorship Program was created to foster connections between trans and non binary individuals across generations. Feeling connected to a community can be a lifeline, especially when navigating the challenges of transition. This program brings together different generations of trans and non binary people, offering intergenerational support and friendship.

Whether you’re looking for guidance, a listening ear, or simply a sense of belonging, this program connects you with peers and mentors who share your journey. Our community is built on shared experiences and the unique bond that comes with being trans. If you’re seeking advice or want to offer support, consider becoming part of this mentoring program today. Together, with the help of the Stealth team, we’re creating a space to uplift and strengthen each other.

I want to be a mentor

Mentorship is the patronage, influence, guidance, or direction given by a mentor. A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person.

I want to be mentored

You are interested in connecting with a transmasc mentor who can provide support and guidance as you explore my own gender identity, your decisions about transitioning, life post transition, and more.

I want both

If you think you could benefit from being mentored and from mentoring someone, this is the way to go.

Please mind that it can take a couple of days/weeks for you to get connected.

Stealth: A Transmasculine Podcast (STP)

Stealth: A Transmasculine Podcast (STP) is a podcast that captures the stories of transmasculine elders who transitioned before (or around) the year 2000. Transitioning, for the purposes of our show, includes all forms of social and medical transitioning. We value the background and experiences of our transmasculine community, and want to provide a space for those of us who are often overlooked. The term “stealth” highlights the fact that our generation was often told to hide our past, and live an underground existence. Throughout our lives, each of us has had to navigate issues of disclosure which have impacted us in many ways.

Join us as we hear stories about transitions post transition from transmen whose lives are rich and varied. Disclosure is an ongoing issue we encounter, even “after transition”.
